The Countryside Services arm of local authorities, Natural England – even specialists in newt or bat or badger preservation. Their resources are constrained by budget, but they seem comfortable in the knowledge that we are on board and, given the appropriate licences required by legislation, content to allow us to proceed in the knowledge that the process will be managed with care and the outcome will be beneficial.
